Pain T_T

Ok I have been in pain for 2 days now...

It's my wisdom tooth :(
The pain is unbearable and have taken pain killers but its not helping boohoo

I don't want to go to dentist :(

I am a Uni Student now~

A month has passed~ how time passes!!!

I am already in my third week of first year Psychology~ I have made friends and meet lots of people!! Simply am really enjoying Uni life~

Together with Psychology, am also taking Human Biology classes and it's amazing >< the human body is simply incredible and we have only done the nervous system heehee

For a treat, I went to the theme park with friends~

Days pass like minutes and I wonder where did all that time go?

Still haven't found a job yet but am doing volunteering work as an Admin Assistant for 2 days per week!! (9am-5pm)!! It's very tiring but the staff there are super nice:)

My driving lessons are going splendid expect when I nearly crashed into a road work sigh ><

I am going on holiday next week and am ever so excited!! XDDDD I shall take lots of photos ~

My first driving lesson~

I had my first ever lesson yesterday at 12.15pm and it was sooooo exciting and scary at the same time!

We talked about cars first and things like that for around 20 mins and then he let he drive a bit and then I even got to use Gears 1,2,3 ><

It was a really lovely feeling at the end! Now am really excited for my next one! Tomorrow I have another lesson with another teacher at 9.30am :/ sooo early !!!

Model Snake^^

I have been doing some DIY lately ~ my brother got a model snake last last last month and he put it all together and it just needed painting! So I done it for him this week^^ It took me 2 days•••

Choosing the right shade of foundation and concealer !!

It is actually so hard!! Recently I went into Boots and there was just hundreds of different kinds and shades!!

Foundation:
For me as an Asian! Never go for a brand that only has Light,Medium or Dark! The medium is far to dark and makes your skin look horrible!! Go for collections that have a range of different shades!
The best shades are ivory or beige! But be careful, different brands may have slight differences! Best advice is to try the testers on you jawline and see if it blends well! The best are the ones that you only see a slight change in your colour tone(or no change).
Another tip is that Asian skins have slight yellow undertone so choose something with a slight yellow in it (not too yellow).
I would suggest liquid foundation for beginners as they are easier and tinted/sheer foundation for those who have clear healthy skin!

Concealer:
There are two types, the stick or liquid type! I have tried both and they both work pretty well if you choose a good brand! Don't go for ones that are less than £2!(my suggestion).
Now the shade, for under eyes and blemishes; go for something with a pink undertone to blend better!! It doesn't have to be the same shade as the foundation because you put on the concealer on before so going for something lighter will be fine!

For me:
I currently use Bourjous-Paris- Healthy Mix Foundation(Beige)
And
Rimmel London- Hide the Blemish Conclear(Sand)
I say currently because I like to experiment in Comestic store and don't be afraid to ask(that's what they are there for xDx)

Summer Vacation!!!

I recently finished my last exam so my summer vacation has started and to be honest it is going dreadfully slow....

It's been nearly 5 days now and I have done a lot of of things such as going out with friends, shopping, volunteering and having fun but something is missing!

I suddenly realised then, I missed the business of school life so I started looking for jobs and applying online but no luck yet! Hopefully something comes up soon!

So to make it fun, I have started cross-stitching and reading books that I just never had a chance to read it!

I am currently reading A thousand splendid suns and Pied Piper which are both masterpieces! The authors are Khaled Hosseni and Nevil Shute whom I admire both very much as they are wonderful storytellers!! If you have the chance, you must read Kite Runner and A Town Like Alice as they are beautifully written!! I cried in both books!

I also got some shoes~ aren't they cute and pretty heehee

Travelling South today~

I had my Art exam at 1pm today~ it's was a good exam, I think :)

I wrote about Fashion designers: Issey Miyake and Elsa Schiaparelli! I adore Miyake because of his technology-driven clothing designs!! His perfum and clothing lines are just awesome^^ On the other hand Elsa Schiaparelli shaped fashion into what it is today creating patterns for the designs to come :)

For my Art Design, I wrote about Salvador Dali and Stephen Campbell. Dali is one weird and outrageous guy and Campbell has a eerie feeling to his paintings^^

After my art exam, friends came to pick me up and off I go to Birmingham~ it is very warm!! The Travellodge is unbearable but only a few days~ can't wait to tour tomorrow^^

Wow today has been awesomely hot! 26 degrees >< Which is surprisingly very hot for cold, wet Scotland.

So updating my life recently, I have only two more exams left which is Art and Psychology and then am forever free from exams and studying for 3 months xD SUMMER here I come!

But because Art exam isn't until next week, I have plenty of time?! (I must be crazy) ~ So I went shopping today!!

This year it looks like pink is the way for SUMMER! Shorts and Sandals are the necessity including lots of moisturizing to show of the legs xP Don't  forget the sun lotion coz Scottish sun is still like any other sun you get in the world~ even in Sunny Spain ^^

My shopping items:
A pair of new sandals <3
A blue bag for my summer job(hopefully I get one^^)
A pair of bright coloured skinny jeans(can be warm in the sun so decided to wear them at night!)
and a few etc
I didn't managed to go on a super shopping spree because the heat was so intense so I had to go home and sit in my balcony eating ice lollies xP

So have a great summer everyone and remember to eat lots of fruit&veg and drink at least 1 litre of water a day xD

 

Japan! <3 おはようございます。

I really like Japan~ I think it started when I first played Pokemon, or maybe it was when I read my first Manga? No it really started when I grew up watching cartoons that were made in Japan!

Then I grew love for the fashion, the music, the culture and the people! Later knowing my Dad attended school and worked in Japan, my curiosity grew even further by asking him to teach me Japanese!

Though my knowledge is limited and have never been to this beautiful little country~ I think I will definitely will in the near future :)

Studying for English~ supposed too

I don't like English exam because you have to analyse 2 newspaper articles and comment on their effect then write two critical essays on poems and novels!!

I got bored, lazy and basically fed up :(

This is what I done today! Got up at 9am~ on twitter til 11am then got washed and dressed!! Attempted some studying and went back on phone and done some photo editing!!

Now at 2.43pm I feel something is missing!!

My spontaneous study break~

Got my new purple hoodie the other day^^ I am super happy because purple is my favourite colour : D

Yesterday I had a haircut and got my full fringe back!!! Heehee

Now I just need to go shopping for clothes for summer but the weather is rubbish at the moment!! Been raining all day :( the wind is howling and really scary!!

I am a shadower!!! 我是一个影子~

Guess what I have been doing lately! Yes~ from the title, you can see that I have been shadowing to the Max XD

Nooo nooo!!! Not the stalkerish type!!! The helping one Lol You must be thinking what the hell am on but I will tell you now ^^

I have been volunteering in my *old* high school helping the first year and just basically following them about and having a ball xD Well some are really cheeky!!

It has been fun and I would recommend it to people who likes volunteering and children!! Though because I have volunteered in a primary school before as well~ I prefer smaller children because after all early teens are hard to Handle!!

I seriously have no idea how I managed to like pass that stage LOL

The day before my GEOGRAPHY Exam!!

So am taking my 30 mins break to tell you how am getting on!!
One word ; BAD

Because of exam stress am in a mood with everyone who comes and annoy me!!
My study desk is a mess but chocolate calms me down a bit lol

Arghhh I love GEOGRAPHY but the course is just too much information to actually memorise and look at!! Plus only 2/3 of the stuff comes up in the exam!!! I am so unhappy!!

I want more chocolate!!!!!!

Eventful Friday~

这个星期五是我在高中的最后一天！现在我会告诉你在那天发生了什么！

So sticking to the theme we stuck with being ninja~
Here is a photo of my friends ~ three black ninjas and one legendary white ninja! One of the black ninjas make the swords and I made shuriken stars!

Another photo is my friend dressed up as a pirate and I think he done an awesome job!! Don't you think so?

Later we rushed to get our yearbooks signed~ and eat some snacks provided by the teachers!

We then all crammed into the bus and off we drove singing and dancing all the way!

Once we arrived we sat down and drank some more and took photos!! In due time, most were drunk -sigh- youth these days! Lol

Came back and then went to this guy's house party where I have no idea how all of us fitted in his house!!! :O

Then I went home on the bus with my wild hair and drawn face(no idea what people thought of me lol)! arrived home at 8ish~

Fun day indeed~ heehee

Last day of High School forever!!

Friday was my last day!! -cries-

High School was the best of times and worst of times~ sat exams, failed tests, loved teachers, hated others, fell sometimes, laughed lots, told jokes, giggling over anything, fancied people, dislike others, hated maths, loved art, fun trips, and most importantly meeting all the legendary people who I got a chance to meet!!

So today is a disaster and miracle in a mix~

It's Wednesday and I have my double free class!!! The weather is absolutely beautiful and we decided to sit outside but the unpredictable happened >< -sighs- at least there was like only four people with me lol now thinking about it makes me laugh!

After this weird accident! We found that for our last day event(last day of high school) our theme is dress up with the theme of ninja and pirates ! So exciting! Can't wait to think on the ideas xD

Later I was able to skip art class and go home early! So you see not everything is bad~ it's how you look at it and make the best of it^^

Tuxedo Tuesday!!

Today is Tuxedo Tuesday^^ 

Our school made it official and a quarter of the school made the effort which mainly was the upper-school!! It was so fun seeing a group of boys with their bow ties and suits >< I should have taken a picture but didn't have a chance!! I made an effort as well~ I wore trousers and heels heehee 

I put this picture here just to show you how awesome Tuxedo and Bow ties are xD (not that am a Twilight Fan!!!!)
