Booked my ticket last week and it's well over a week now... still no sign of train tickets arriving in the post. (said they use first class and arrive within 5 day?) Have no idea who to blame, the royal mail or them??? I have never had any problems with mails except one time with Amazon but that's another story and it was sorted in one day...
I have phoned in twice now and emailed once, the girl over the phone was real nice and told me not to worry... I shouldn't worry... but I leave this weekend and it would be good to have tickets in hand?!
The problem with booking through third parties is when problems arise it's problematic but being a poor student, every penny matters especially when I can save a tenner on train tickets. I shall think twice when booking with Red Spotted Hanky again >. <
Well hopefully everything is sorted before the weekend!
P.S went shopping today after so long as I've been working mostly everyday for the past few weeks!
